Most Ukrainian ready to endure hardships due to war with Russia in order to win
Oleksiy Antypovych, the director of the Rating sociological group, said this during the presentation of the study "Resilience during the war and in the post-war period: what Ukrainians rely on", Ukrinform reported.
"58% of Ukrainians are ready to endure difficulties due to the war with Russia for a few more years in order to win, 11% - for about a year, 12% - for a few months, 11% - are not ready to endure at all," Antypovych said.
The survey was conducted by the Rating Sociological Group on behalf of the National Platform for Resilience and Cohesion on June 6-11 by CATI (telephone interviews) among the population of Ukraine aged 18 and older throughout the territory, except for the temporarily occupied Crimea and Donbas. 1200 respondents were interviewed.
As reported by Ukrinform, the vast majority of Ukrainians - 84% - continue to hold the view that no territorial concessions are acceptable, even if this makes the war last longer and poses other threats.
