At night, enemy attacked outskirts of Zaporizhzhia
Yuriy Malashko, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"At night, the enemy attacked the outskirts of the regional center with a rocket attack, aviation and twice with MLRS, and also carried out 67 artillery strikes on Orikhove, Huliaypole, Zaliznychne, Levadne, Olhove, Luhivske, Bilohirya, Mala Tokmachka, Poltavka, Malynivka, Novodarivka, Chervone, Charivne, Rivnopil, Zherebianky and Pyatikhatky," the statement said.
During the day, Russian troops fired 71 times at 18 localities in the Zaporizhzhia region.
So far, 51 reports have been received about the destruction of residential buildings, outbuildings, and an educational institution.
A 62-year-old woman was injured during the artillery shelling of Orikhiv.
As reported, nine people were injured in the Zaporizhya region as a result of hostile shelling, one person was killed.
