Missile strike damages almost 140 houses in Kramatorsk
That's according to Kramatorsk City Council, Ukrinform reports.
As noted, 18 apartment buildings and 119 private houses were damaged in the city as a result of the explosion of the Russian Iskander missile.
Besides, the buildings of two shopping centers, seven shops, four schools and two kindergartens were damaged.
The pizzeria building that was hit by the missile was destroyed.
Also, 12 cars were damaged.
The City Council notes that all relevant services are involved in eliminating the consequences of the enemy shelling.
As reported, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko assured that the necessary materials and funds would be allocated from the material reserve of the city and region to eliminate the consequences of the missile attack. Currently, the houses are being preserved to prevent moisture from getting inside. Then the roofs will be repaired, as the slate covering of these high-rise buildings is no longer suitable for use due to the impact of the blast wave.
On the evening of June 27, Russian troops launched two missile strikes on Kramatorsk. One missile hit a pizzeria in the city center. Among the twelve people killed were a 17-year-old girl and two 14-year-old sisters. The second missile hit the village of Bilenke.
