National Guard fighters repel enemy assault attempt in Luhansk region

"In Luhansk direction, the fighters of the 50th Colonel Semen Vysochan Regiment of the National Guard of Ukraine skillfully managed to prevent the Russians from attempting to assault Ukrainian positions. During aerial reconnaissance, the enemy was spotted taking actions to assault a National Guard position. The enemy was knocked out of the trenches by the effective strikes of our artillery," Artem Lysohor, the Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

As reported a week earlier, the fighters of the same unit had repelled the enemy attack in the same direction and managed to regain several Russian positions. During that battle, more than 40 invaders were killed and more than 100 were wounded.
