A residential building has been damaged in Russian shelling of Sumy, according to Ukraine's public broadcaster Suspilne.
"As a result of a Russian attack, a residential building was damaged in the center of Sumy," the report says.
The Sumy regional military administration called on residents of the region not to leave shelters and not to post any photos and videos from the scenes of probable hits.
