Russian troops fire 402 shells at Kherson region, injuring six people

Russian troops launched 68 strikes on Kherson region over the past day, injuring six people.
"Over the past day, the enemy launched 68 strikes, firing 402 shells from mortars, artillery, Grad MLRS, aviation, and UAVs. The enemy fired 35 shells at the city of Kherson," Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.
The Russian military targeted the residential neighborhoods of the region’s populated settlements.
"Six people were injured due to Russian aggression," he added.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy launched 56 airstrikes and 77 MLRS attacks on the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated settlements over the past day.
