Enemy shells Bilozerka community in Kherson region: 1 civilian killed, 3 injured

“Under the procedural guidance of the Oleshky District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the Prosecutor General's Office posted on Telegram.

According to the investigation data, the invaders shelled villages in Bilozerka community around 19:00 on July 5.

A man received fatal injuries as a result of the attack.

At least three civilians received shrapnel injuries. Data on the victims are being clarified.

Priority measures are taken to record the crime committed by the army of the aggressor country.

As reported, the Russian invaders launched 83 strikes on Kherson region, killing two people, on July 4.
