Five civilians injured in Russia’s shelling of Kherson, child among them
The relevant statement was made by Kherson Regional Military Administration Head Oleksandr Prokudin on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Five people were reported injured in Russia’s shelling of Kherson. Among them, there is an 8-year-old boy, who received injuries of medium severity levels. At the time of the attack, he was in the yard of the house,” Prokudin wrote.
A man, 68, was seriously injured with shrapnel. A woman, 56, and another man, 52, received injuries of medium severity levels.
One more civilian man was affected by Russian attacks in the urban-type settlement of Kindiika, which is not far from Kherson.
All those injured were taken to hospital.
A reminder that Russian troops are extensively shelling Kherson’s residential areas. At least five residential houses and a humanitarian aid hub were struck.
