At night on July 13, Russian troops launched a combined attack on southern Ukraine, shelling localities with Shahed UAVs and 'Kalibr' missiles. Air Defense Forces worked 'powerfully' on the enemy targets.

Natalia Humeniuk, the head of the joint press center of the Defense Forces of the South of Ukraine, said this on the air of the telethon 'United News',Ukrinform reports.

She said it was a turbulent night in the south. According to Humeniuk, Russian troops launched a combined attack on the region and used tactics to disperse the efforts of the Defense Forces and the Air Defense Forces.

"Shahed launches took place both from the 'classic’direction - the eastern coast of the Azov Sea - and from an airfield in the Kursk region. Among the waves of drone launches, missiles were launched from the Black Sea. This disperses Air Defense efforts," explained Humeniuk.
