DIU on anniversary of missile attack on Vinnytsia: day of reckoning comes
The DIU reported this on the Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
According to intelligence, the enemy fired the missiles from a submarine in the Black Sea. On that tragic day, a conference on war crimes committed by Russia was taking place in The Hague.
"All Moscow murderers, killers of Ukrainian children and all war criminals will be brought to justice under an international tribunal. The day of reckoning will come - sooner or later, but inevitably," the intelligence service emphasized.
The DIU noted that "the story of a Russian submarine commander, involved in a war crime in Vinnytsia, shows that you can hide from the court, but you still cannot escape responsibility."
The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine states that there will be a just retribution for every war crime.
"We honor the memory of Vinnytsia residents, Ukrainians who became victims of terrorist Russia," the intelligence added.
