Over past day, Russians shell Zaporizhzhia region 55 times

Yuriy Malashko, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"Over the past day, the Russian military conducted 55 attacks on 16 localities. 52 artillery strikes were registered on Huliaypole, Olhivka, Malynivka, Charivne, Zaliznychne, Preobrazhenka, and Stepnohirsk and other frontline villages. The enemy fired twice at Huliaypole and Verkhnya Tersa with multiple rocket launchers and launched an air strike on Novodarivka," the statement said.

There were 18 reports of the destruction of residential buildings, outbuildings and infrastructure.

There were no reports of casualties.
