That’s according to the head of Mykolayiv Regional Military Administration, Vitaly Kim, who delivered an update on Telegram.
"A total of 18 people were injured, nine of them were hospitalized, including five children," he wrote.
According to the head of the region, two people were rescued from under the rubble.
"It's a miracle that they were found," Kim remarked.
