The Ukrainian side will share a report with the United States this week on the use of American cluster munitions in Ukraine.

That's according to Ukraine's Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov in an interview with CNN, Ukrinform reports.

“We'll report about the consequences of this using [cluster munitions] so I think that next week I would have first report and I will share with my partners in Pentagon this reports. I hope that they will be more efficient than normal ammunition," Reznikov said to CNN.

Reznikov added that he was still waiting for the report from his staff, which he would then submit to the Pentagon "probably on Monday or Tuesday," meaning July 24 or 25.

On Thursday, White House National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby said that Ukrainian forces are using the cluster munitions provided by the United States against Russia "appropriately and effectively."

As Ukrinform reported, the Ukrainian side told the OSCE that the Ukrainian Armed Forces will use cluster munitions exclusively in areas where Russian troops are concentrated in the temporarily occupied territories, carefully recording all cases.
