Rescuer injured in Donetsk region as result of Russian shelling

A rescuer was injured in Toretsk, in the Donetsk region, as a result of enemy shelling.
The State Emergency Service reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"Yesterday, the city came under massive shelling, one of the shells hit near the fire and rescue unit, causing shrapnel injuries to the deputy head of the 84th state fire and rescue unit Mykola Vlasenko," the SES noted.
The injured man was taken to a medical facility in an ambulance. As of now, doctors are fighting for the man's life.
As reported, in Siversk, the Bakhmut district of the Donetsk region, rescuers came under enemy fire while extinguishing fire in a four-story residential building.
