Russia attacks Kharkiv with five Shaheds at night - Zelensky

Interior Affairs Minister Ihor Klymenko reported to President Volodymyr Zelensky on the night attacks on the border regions and the strike on Kharkiv.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"The morning began with important reports. Minister Klymenko - on the situation and attacks in the border regions and a nighttime drone strike on Kharkiv. The enemy attacked Kharkiv with five Shaheds. All services are working at the sites of the attack," Zelensky said.

He also heard a report from the head of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Malyuk on the completion of work to eliminate the consequences of the shelling of Kryvyi Rih and Kherson.

"I listened to Commander-in-Chief Zaluzhnyi on the situation at the front. Commanders Syrskyi and Tarnavskyi also reported. Details of the use of Air Defense reported by Commander Oleshchuk. There was also a closed report by the Chief of the  Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Budanov," Zelensky said.

As reported, last night the Defense Forces stopped an attempt to cross the border of Ukraine in the Chernihiv region by a sabotage reconnaissance group of the Russian Federation.
