Russian military death toll in Ukraine rises to about 249,700
The relevant statement was made by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
Between February 24, 2022 and August 6, 2023, the enemy’s total combat losses included also 4,237 tanks (+5 over the past day), 8,262 armored fighting vehicles (+11), 4,965 artillery systems (+22), 705 multiple launch rocket systems (+1), 466 anti-aircraft warfare systems, 315 aircraft, 311 helicopters, 7,441 motor vehicles and fuel tanks (+19), 18 warships/boats, 4,126 unmanned aerial vehicles (+10), 734 special equipment units (+4). A total of 1,359 enemy cruise missiles (+12) were shot down.
