Ukrainian troops achieve tactical success in Mala Tokmachka–Robotyne sector

The Defense Forces of Ukraine achieved tactical success in Mala Tokmachka–Robotyne sector, Zaporizhzhia region. The defenders gain a foothold on the achieved boundaries.

As Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Hanna Maliar posted on Telegram, the offensive operation of the Ukrainian troops in Melitopol and Berdiansk directions is ongoing.

Russian troops are seriously reinforcing their defensive lines. In addition to minefields, Ukrainian defenders are also faced with concrete engineering fortification of key dominating heights, which significantly complicates the advance.

In Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, the enemy concentrated its main efforts on defense.

The Russians continued to shell the positions of Ukrainian troops and civilian objects in Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Mykolayiv regions, actively using Lancet loitering munitions.

The invaders unsuccessfully tried to restore the lost position southeast of Novodanylivka and east of Robotyne in Zaporizhzhia region.

As reported, heavy fighting continues in the east. The defense forces prevent the Russian troops from advancing in Kupyansk, Lyman, Avdiyivka, and Marinka directions.
