Ukraine gets “exactly what we agreed upon” in new aid package from Germany - Zelensky

President Volodymyr Zelensky thanked Germany and its Chancellor Olaf Scholz for another package of security assistance.

That’s according to Zelensky’s posting on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.

"This is exactly what we agreed upon with Mr. Chancellor. Including additional Patriot launchers from Germany," the head of state noted.

Zelensky emphasized that the implementation of this agreement will save thousands of Ukrainian lives.

"We are working to further strengthen Ukraine and protect it from Russian terror," he added.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, Germany handed Ukraine a package of military aid, which included Patriot air defense systems, drones, Bandvagn 206 tracked all-terrain vehicles, and other items.
