Aggressor intensifies activity in Ochakiv direction - Humeniuk

This was reported by Natalia Humeniuk, head of the Joint Press Center of the Operational Command South, on the air of the 'United News' telethon, Ukrinform reports.

"The enemy is stepping up its efforts. Suffering from the Ukrainian Defense Forces, he is turning on the local population, trying to fire on the right bank of the Dnipro. Yesterday it became more active in the Ochakiv direction," informed Humeniuk.

According to her, yesterday two attacks on the city of Ochakiv and shelling of the Dniprovsko-Buhskyi Lyman estuary were recorded.

However, the enemy is already experiencing 'shell hunger'. It uses fewer shells, but disperses them almost along the entire coast, noted Humeniuk.

As reported, Russian invaders from the Kinburn Spit shell the Ochakiv and Kutsurub communities almost daily.
