Canadian military show how they train Ukrainian sappers
“Canadian Forces Combat Engineers deployed on Operation UNIFIER help train Armed Forces of Ukraine sappers on skills that help their forces to live, move, and fight on the battlefield,” reads the statement by the Operation UNIFIER posted on X.

As reported, as part of Operation UNIFIER, Canadian service members have trained more than 37,000 Ukrainian soldiers on modern combat skills since 2015. After the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, Canadian instructors left the territory of Ukraine, but within a few months training was resumed in Great Britain, Poland, and Latvia.
