Russian kamikaze drone hits civilian object in Chernihiv region

In area of Chernihiv region bordering Russia an Iranian-made Shakhed one-way attack drone hit a civilian object.

That’s according to the head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, Viacheslav Chaus, who broke the news on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Unfortunately, there is a hit by Shahed at a civilian object in a settlement of one of the communities near the border," he wrote.

Chaus also called on residents of Chernihiv region to remain in shelters until the end of the air raid alert.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, on Monday night, an air raid alert went off in a number of regions of Ukraine due to the threat of the attack by UAVs and missiles.
