In Horlivka, invaders fine public institutions whose employees do not register for military service
Andriy Kovalev, spokesman for the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said this on the air of the 'United News' telethon, according to Ukrinform.
"In the occupied territories, the Russian invaders are trying their best to carry out the forced mobilization of Ukrainian citizens into the Russian occupation army. Thus, for example, in the temporarily occupied Horlivka, the local occupation pseudo-authorities informed representatives of budgetary institutions that by October this year all men who are subject to mobilization must be registered for military service and have a stamp of military registration in their Russian passports," he noted.
Kovalev added that the occupation authorities' henchmen will conduct passport control raids, and if they find men without a stamp in their passports, they will fine not the citizens but the budgetary institution for 400 thousand Russian rubles.
As reported, from February 24, 2022, to August 31, 2023, the Ukrainian Defense Forces eliminated about 263,020 Russian invaders, 610 of them in the last day.
