Crimea has difficult humanitarian situation, problems with water and energy supply – Humeniuk
"The humanitarian situation on the peninsula is quite difficult. There are very significant problems with drinking water and energy supply there, and these problems will spread because the resistance movement is also working, the partisan movement is working," Natalia Humeniuk, head of the joint coordination press center of the Defense Forces of Ukraine “South”, said during the United News telethon, Ukrinform reports.
At the same time, Humeniuk noted that "all targets located in the temporarily occupied peninsula and capable of supplying the Black Sea Fleet are legitimate targets for destruction as they are the enemy's reserves for renewing its combat capability."
"Our task now is to ensure that the enemy's combat capabilities are the lowest possible. And I think we will find out more detailed results later," the spokeswoman added.
