Israel launches massive strikes at Gaza Strip overnight Monday

It was not only the homes of designated commanders but also those of other militants that were bomber, as reported by The Times of Israel, Ukrinform saw.

Among the targets hit  were several command points, a building where Hamas militants are believed to have resided; a command center used by a senior Hamas naval official; assets used by Hamas at a mosque in Jabalia; and assets that the terrorist group uses for intelligence.

Yigal Levin, an officer with the Israel Defense Forces, says reports from the Gaza Strip confirms Israel’s hits on the homes of low-tier militants, which is not a traditional tactic.

Gazans say the Israeli army is no longer following the Akesh ba hag (Knock on the Roof) warning protocol, obliterating targeted buildings one by one.

As reported, on the morning of October 7, the Palestinian Islamist group Hamas launched an attack on Israel. Militants invaded the country, simultaneously launching a massive rocket attack.

Israel has officially declared a state of war.

The death toll on the Israeli side has already exceeded 700. At least two Ukrainian nationals are among those killed.

The EU, as well as the U.S., Ukraine, and a number of other countries have condemned the attacks on Israel.
