More than 80 combat clashes on front, Ukraine’s Air Force launches 12 strikes on enemy positions

More than 80 combat clashes have taken place along the frontline in the past 24 hours. Ukraine’s Air Force launched 12 strikes targeting enemy manpower clusters.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in its morning update on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"In the past 24 hours, more than 80 combat clashes have occurred. In total, the enemy has launched 6 missile attacks and 53 airstrikes, carried out 54 attacks using multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas. Unfortunately, there are dead and injured among the civilian population following Russian terrorist attacks. Residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure facilities were destroyed and damaged," the report says.

According to the General Staff, Spirne, Klishchiivka, New York, Avdiivka, Novobakhmutivka, Novokalynove, Novomykhailivka, Staromayorske in Donetsk region; Mala Tokmachka, Novodanylivka in Zaporizhzhia region; Olhivka, Tokarivka, Antonivka, Burhunka, Mykolaivka, Tiahynka in Kherson region came under enemy airstrikes.

About 100 settlements in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions were subjected to artillery fire.

In the past day, the Air Force of Ukraine launched 12 strikes on the areas where the enemy's personnel, weapons and military equipment were concentrated.

For their part, the missile forces hit seven Russian artillery units, one radar station, one ammunition depot, one anti-aircraft missile system, as well as two manpower, weapons and military equipment clusters of the invaders.
