General Staff: 102 attacks already recorded on front line today, fighting raging in four sectors

According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a situation update as of 19:00 on Monday, June 3.

In the Kharkiv sector, four combat engagements took place. Fighting continues in the Vovchansk area. Russian invaders are launching air strikes on the northern Kharkiv region using guided aerial bombs. So far, the enemy has already launched at least 10 strikes with guided aerial bombs from the directions of Belgorod and Shebekino (Russia).

In the Kupiansk sector, the Russian army tried to break through Ukrainian defenses 15 times. Two of these combat engagements are still ongoing.

In the Siversk sector, the number of Russian assaults has increased to 21 since the beginning of the day. Ten of them are still ongoing in the areas of Bilohorivka and Verkhniokamianske.

In the Pokrovsk sector, 11 engagements are ongoing. The total number of clashes increased to 35 today. The enemy lost 290 personnel as killed or wounded in action, as well as four armored combat vehicles, four artillery systems and six vehicles. Two armored personnel carriers, one artillery system and one vehicle were damaged. Russian invaders are using anti-aircraft guns in the area. They also bombed Kostyantynivka and Mykhailivka in the Kurakhove sector and Zolota Nyva in the Vremivka sector.

In addition, the enemy began to act more actively in the Orikhiv sector, particularly in the Mala Tokmachka area. The Russian army has launched seven attacks so far.

According to the General Staff, the situation has not changed significantly in other sectors.

As reported by Ukrinform, Russian troops shelled the Nikopol district with artillery and kamikaze drones today, June 3. They also attacked the Kryvyi Rih district.
