Russian army attacks Konotop

Russian troops shelled Konotop in the Sumy region, damaging the town’s industrial infrastructure.
Konotop Mayor Artem Semenikhin said this in a post on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
"A hit was recorded in Konotop - another act of terrorism by the RF. The production infrastructure of our town was hit," Semenikhin said.
According to preliminary information, civilians were not injured. The consequences of the Russian attack are being clarified.
The mayor added that tram traffic in the direction of the Zhytlomasyv neighborhood was temporarily suspended.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, a pensioner was killed in his yard as Russian forces shelled the town of Seredyna-Buda in the Sumy region with artillery.
