Three civilians suffered from hostile shelling in Nikopol district

Residents of Nikopol district in the Dnipro region suffered from enemy shelling today: two men and an elderly woman; eight residential buildings were damaged.

This was reported by the head of the Dnipro Regional Council Mykola Lukashuk in his Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"The enemy again terrorised civilians in the Nikopol region. Two men aged 47 and 49 and an 85-year-old woman were injured. But they are fine, they will be treated at home... 8 residential buildings, 5 outbuildings, greenhouses, more than two and a half dozen solar panels, and a power line were damaged. An excavator was destroyed and another damaged," Lukashuk wrote.

He noted that today Russian troops launched seven kamikaze drones at Nikopol and the Myrovska community, and also fired artillery at the district centre.

According to the official, the wreckage of a Russian UAV shot down in Novomoskovsk district damaged a private house. It was also noisy in one of the communities in Synelnykivka district in the morning, while in other communities of the region the day was calm.

As reported, the Dnipropetrovsk region and, in particular, the city of Nikopol and the surrounding settlements are under fire from Russian troops, and the enemy terrorises civilians, destroys houses, energy and various infrastructure facilities almost every day.
