National Guard dispersed and disguised warehouses across country - logistics commander

To secure the supply chain, the logistics units of the National Guard have stretched and dispersed warehouses across the country to the maximum extent possible.

Deputy Commander of the National Guard for Logistics, Brigadier General Oleksandr Bilous, said this in an interview with Ukraine World News, Ukrinform reports.

"Today, all our warehouses for fuels and lubricants, weapons and equipment are spread across the country. We are as dispersed as possible, as stretched out and as camouflaged as possible. Previously, we used to deliver supplies to centralised depots in convoys, but now we don't do that to avoid attracting the enemy's attention. If we move, we do it at night or in the morning, using camouflage," Bilous said.

He also noted that new warehouses, which are not on any maps, are being used to provide logistics for the National Guard units.

"We have created new additional units, a new fuel and lubricants base, new weapons depots and deployed them across the country. They are not on any maps, because we understand that there may be a leak of information, intelligence may be collected," Bilous added.

As reported earlier, the National Guard of Ukraine and the NGO "Courageous Ukraine" signed a memorandum to improve the material support of servicemen and their psychological rehabilitation.
