Ukrainian forces repel five Russian attacks in Orikhiv direction and four near Krynky
The Southern Defense Forces of Ukraine reported this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
“The occupiers made five assaults in the Orikhiv direction. They were unsuccessful,” the message reads.
On the left bank of the Dnipro River in the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region, Russian troops made four unsuccessful assaults near Krynky.
Ukrainian soldiers continue to take comprehensive measures to hold their positions.
Over the past day, the Russian army increased the use of reconnaissance drones. 243 drones were flying overhead.
The invaders continue to carry out artillery and airstrikes, use a large number of attack drones of various types, and do not stop aerial reconnaissance.
As reported, over 700 combat engagements took place at the front last week, including 252 in the Pokrovsk direction.
