Andriushchenko: Invaders massively handing out summonses on outskirts of Mariupol
Advisor to the mayor of Mariupol Petro Andriushchenko reported this on Telegram and published a photo of such a summons, Ukrinform reports.
"Right now. At the checkpoint in Mariupol, residents of the Nikolskyi district (part of Mariupol) are being massively handed out summonses to the Nikolskyi (Volodarskyi under occupation) military enlistment office,” Andriushchenko wrote.
He recalled that Russian President Putin had said that there was no mobilization in Russia, but that it was going on in the territory occupied by the invader.
“There is no mobilization in Russia,” Putin said. Mariupol region is not Russia. Here, “any” mobilization continues and is increasing,” the mayor's adviser said.
As reported, the Russian invaders are turning Mariupol and the surrounding villages into a military and logistics hub.
