Thirty children being evacuated from Kharkiv region’s community as shelling intensifies

Thirty children are being evacuated from some villages of the Borova community in the Kharkiv region as Russian forces intensify shelling. However, general evacuation has not been announced.

Oleksandr Tertiashnyi, head of the Borova community, said this on “Suspilne. News”, Ukrinform reports.

"The situation in the community is currently tense, but, as the military says, it is under control. In recent days, the enemy has terrorized our settlements, employing a variety of weaponry. The housing stock and municipal facilities have been destroyed. In the administrative center of Borova village, there are no undamaged administrative building," said Tertiashnyi.

As reported, on June 18, the Third Assault Brigade said that the occupiers aim to advance toward the settlements of Cherneshchyna and Pershotravneve, with the subsequent capture of Borova, Kharkiv region. This community borders on the Luhansk region.
