Five injured as Russia once again bombs Selydove in Donetsk region

On Sunday afternoon, Russian troops dropped two aerial bombs on the town of Selydove in Donetsk region, leaving five civilians, including two children, injured in the second bombardment within 24 hours.

The Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office reported this on Facebook, Ukrinform saw.

"On June 23, at 17:05, the invasion forces attacked the town of Selydove. The Russian army dropped two aerial bombs, likely UMPB D-30SN, on the civilian population. A residential quarter was at the epicenter of the impact," the report says.

According to prosecutors, several members of one family were injured: father and mother, 53 and 54, as well as their 10-year-old son, who is currently in grave condition. In addition, a 31-year-old man and a 13-year-old boy were hospitalized for the injuries sustained.

At least 30 residential buildings and cars were damaged.

A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war.

As reported, at 4:00 on June 23, the invasion forces dropped a FAB-500 aerial bomb on Selydove.
