Russian army loses 1,300 more soldiers in Ukraine over past day

Russia's overall combat losses in Ukraine between February 24, 2022 and June 24, 2024 amounted to about 535,660 troops, including 1,300 soldiers killed or wounded in action in the past 24 hours.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a post on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
In addition, Ukraine's defense forces destroyed 8,031 (+12) Russian tanks, 15,413 (+15) armored fighting vehicles, 14,246 (+51) artillery systems, 1,108 multiple rocket launchers, 863 anti-aircraft warfare systems, and 2,323 (+2) cruise missiles. The Russian army also lost 359 warplanes, 326 helicopters, 11,382 (+27) tactical unmanned aerial systems, 28 warships/cutters, 1 submarine, 19,304 (+56) vehicles and fuel tankers, and 2,397 (+20) pieces of special equipment.
