Several dozen occupiers are blocked at the enterprise in Vovchansk, trying to break through and suffering losses.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Several dozen occupants are blocked at one of the industrial enterprises in Vovchansk. The Russians are trying to break through, but they are constantly suffering losses in this area," Syniehubov said.

He describes the situation in Vovchansk as “changeable", and street fighting continues in the city.

"The task of our military is to inflict maximum damage on the Lyptsi and Vovchansk directions. Moreover, to destroy the maximum amount of Russian manpower, military equipment, and weapons. That is what is happening there around the clock," added the head of the RMA.

As reported, according to the American Institute for the Study of War, on June 15-16, Russian troops advanced to a part of the aggregate plant in Vovchansk, according to geolocated footage. Later, the media reported that hundreds of Russians were surrounded at the plant. The fact of the blockade was confirmed by Yurii Povkh, the spokesman of Ukraine’s “Kharkiv'' group of forces. According to him, dozens of occupiers were blocked in a certain area of the plant, but not hundreds, as the Russian Armed Forces do not operate with that many personnel in that area.
