Ukrainian forces repel ten enemy assaults on Orikhiv axis and east bank of Dnipro River

In the operational zone of the Southern Defense Forces, Ukrainian defenders repelled six Russian assaults on the Orikhiv axis and four assaults on the east bank of the Dnipro River on Saturday, June 29.

The Southern Defense Forces announced this on the Telegram messaging app, Ukrinform reports.

"The occupiers carried out six assaults in the Orikhiv sector. They were not successful," the post said.

On the east bank of the Dnipro in the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region, the Russian army carried out four assaults near Krynky, but suffered losses and retreated to their original positions.

The flight of 244 Russian reconnaissance drones was recorded in the past day.

The invaders continued to terrorize the residents of the front-line territories of the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and Mykolaiv regions. Over the past day, the Russian military used 160 FPV drones, eight Lancet attack drones, and dropped 289 fragmentation munitions from drones of various modifications.
