At least two killed, eight wounded in enemy attack on Ukrainsk in Donetsk region

At least two people were killed and eight were injured in the enemy shelling of Ukrainsk, Donetsk region, this morning.

Vadym Filashkin, head of the region's military administration, announced this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"At least two people were killed and eight wounded in the morning shelling of Ukrainsk. Early in the morning, the Russians shelled the city with Uragans, hitting the residential area. Two women, aged 65 and 70, were killed," the regional governor wrote.

He noted that according to preliminary information, ten high-rise buildings and an administrative building had been damaged and the final consequences of the shelling were being determined.

"Every day there are new victims of Russian war crimes in the Donetsk region. Staying here is dangerous! Be responsible! Evacuate!" Filashkin said.

On June 30, Russian invaders killed two residents of the Donetsk region and injured 12 others.
