At night and in the morning of July 2, Russian troops fired eight times at the border communities of Sumy region, 28 explosions were recorded.
This was reported in Telegram by the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Ukrinform reports.
The Khotynska, Myropilska, Krasnopilska, and Seredyno-Budska communities were shelled.
According to the RMA, the Russians attacked Seredyno-Budska and Miropilska communities with FPV drones.
The invaders attacked the Krasnopilska community with mortars and artillery, and an attack with an FPV drone was also recorded.
The Russians dropped 4 mines on the territory of the Khotynska community.
As Ukrinform reported, in Sumy region in 2024, the sown area decreased by 4% due to the inability to carry out work safely.
