Russian troops drop guided bomb on Kharkiv

At about 4 p.m. on July 3, Russian troops attacked Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Preliminary: at least three guided bomb hits were recorded in the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv. The details of the consequences are being investigated," he said.

Mayor Ihor Terekhov said that the Russians struck residential buildings.

"There were strikes in the city. Again on a residential area in the Kyivskyi district. Information about the victims and destruction is being clarified," he wrote.

In the next post, the mayor clarified that a child had been rescued from the rubble.

"We have information about the destruction of one house and damage to another. A child was rescued from the rubble," Terekhov said.

At 4:35 p.m., Terekhov wrote that another child was under the rubble.

As reported, Russian troops dropped 29 guided bombs on the Kharkiv region on Monday.
