Russian army loses another 1,200 troops and two air defense systems in Ukraine in past 24 hours

The total combat losses of Russian troops in Ukraine from February 24, 2022, to July 4, 2024, amounted to about 547,470 people, with another 1,200 people killed in the past 24 hours.

This is stated on the Facebook page of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.

Also, the Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed 8,132 (+9) Russian tanks, 15,600 (+17) armored combat vehicles, 14,777 (+65) artillery systems, 1,115 (+0) MLRS, 878 (+2) air defense systems, 360 (+0) aircraft, and 326 (+0) helicopters, Operational and tactical level UAVs - 11,694 (+26), cruise missiles - 2,342 (+6), ships/boats - 28 (+0), submarines - 1 (+0), vehicles and tankers - 19,923 (+73), special equipment - 2,468 (+4).

As reported by Ukrinform, on July 3, 135 combat engagements between the Defense Forces and the Russian invaders took place in different frontline areas.
