Ukrainian air defense forces down eight Russian drones in southern Ukraine

In southern Ukraine, air defense forces have shot down eight Russian drones today.

According to Ukrinform, the Operational Command South reported this on Facebook.

In particular, six reconnaissance drones were destroyed: two ZALA, two Supercam, one Merlin-VR, one Orlan-10, and two Lancet strike UAVs.

In addition, Russian troops attacked the Odesa region with two ballistic missiles, likely Iskander-M.

As reported by Ukrinform, Ukrainian Air Force Commander Mykola Oleshchuk commented on the Russian video of the alleged defeat of Ukrainian air defense systems by Iskander-M.
