Russia hits Okhmatdyt children's hospital with Kh-101 missile - SBU

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the SBU.

Relevant evidence was found at the scene of the tragedy, including fragments of the Kh-101 missile’s body with a serial number, as well as part of the rudder of the same missile.

Russia’s strike on Okhmatdyt is qualified as a war crime. Criminal proceedings have been opened under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder.

The SBU investigative team, together with the National Police and other relevant services, continues to work at the site of the enemy attack.

The investigation within the criminal proceedings is ongoing. Comprehensive measures are being taken under the procedural guidance of the Prosecutor General's Office.

As reported by Ukrinform, on the morning of July 8, Russian troops launched a massive missile strike on Ukraine.
