Russians strike at Slatyne in Kharkiv region - fires break out, there are destructions

Russian troops struck at Slatyne in Kharkiv region, fires broke out, there is destruction, and people may be under the rubble.

The head of the Derhachiv City Military Administration, Vyacheslav Zadorenko, said this in a Telegram message, Ukrinform reports.

"The Russian army struck at least 6 times at Slatyne with an unknown type of weapon. Several private houses were damaged as a result of enemy shelling, and fires are burning in the village, which are being extinguished by the State Emergency Service units," the statement said.

According to information from local residents, there may be people under the rubble of the destroyed houses, Zadorenko said.

As reported, on 3 July, the Russian army struck Slatyne in Kharkiv district with four bombs. More than 10 houses and a farm were destroyed.
