The intensity of hostilities in the Kharkiv sector is increasing, with 440 shelling attacks by Russian forces recorded in the past 24 hours.

Vitalii Sarantsev, a spokesperson for the Kharkiv Group of Forces, said this on Ukrainian television, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

"Thirteen combat clashes occurred in the past 24 hours. The enemy carried out 20 airstrikes against our positions using 46 guided aerial bombs, 41 kamikaze drone strikes, and 440 shelling attacks against the positions of our troops using both small arms and artillery. More recently, the number of shelling attacks against our positions was around 300-350. That is, we see that this number has increased by 100, which indicates the intensity of hostilities," he said.
