Russians creating 15-kilometer 'no entry' zone along Dnipro River in occupied part of Kherson region

In the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region, the Russians have banned local residents from entering a 15-kilometer zone along the Dnipro River.
That's according to Ukraine's National Resistance Center, Ukrinform reports.
"A respective order was published on behalf of Vladimir Saldo, who performs the role of local governor," the statement said.
The order comes into effect on August 1 in the Kakhovka district and on September 1 along the entire east bank of the Dnipro in the Kherson region.
According to the order, entry is allowed only in case of a special permit.
