Russian drones attack Izmail at night - port infrastructure and high-rise building damaged, injured reported

As a result of a nighttime massive attack by Shahed-type kamikaze drones in the city of Izmail, Odesa region, the port infrastructure was damaged, and a five-story residential building was hit.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Izmail District State Administration on Telegram.

“At night, Russia attacked the Izmail district again. In violation of the existing rules and customs of war, Russia deliberately carried out a massive attack with UAVs - the Shahed kamikaze, which damaged the port infrastructure in the city of Izmail.

As a result of the night attack, a five-story residential building in Izmail was hit, causing partial destruction of windows, stairwell and the front part of the five-story residential building without subsequent fire. There were no fatalities, unfortunately, there are victims - three people were hospitalized,” the statement said.

The consequences of the shelling are being eliminated on the spot.

As reported, the Russian army launched a missile attack on the Odesa region on the afternoon of July 22, damaging the administrative building of a private enterprise, warehouses, and civilian vehicles.
