Air alert in Kharkiv region lasted more than two days

The air alert in the Kharkiv region lasted more than two days - from 6:31 p.m. on Tuesday to 9:02 p.m. on Thursday.

This was reported by Ukrinform citing data from an alarm tracking service. 

The air alert lasted two days, two hours and 31 minutes. This is the longest time since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

After the alert was canceled at 9:02 p.m. on July 25, the alarm was raised again a few minutes later (at 9:13 p.m.).

In the Vovchansk community of Chuhuiv district and the Lyptsi community of the Kharkiv district, where hostilities have been going on since May 10, the air raid alert has been in effect for over 66 days.

As reported, on July 24, Russian troops shelled Kharkiv four times during the day, including using repeated strikes. 12 citizens were injured and there were destructions.

According to law enforcement, the Russians used Iskanders, including cluster munitions.
