Shelling of Donetsk region: Four killed as Russians hit Toretsk, Hrodivka

At least four civilians were killed and three more were injured in Russian strikes on the Donetsk region today, July 29.

Vadym Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"At least three people were killed and three more were wounded – this is preliminary information on the consequences of the shelling of Toretsk. The Russians struck the city again this morning... In addition, one person was killed in Hrodivka," the regional governor wrote.

He noted that all the wounded were provided with medical aid. One person is in serious condition.

More information on the victims and damage will be available later, Filashkin added.

He once again urged all civilians to evacuate and not to put themselves in mortal danger.

As reported, the Russian military injured three residents of the Donetsk region on Sunday, July 28.

The Donetsk region has the longest frontline - about 300 kilometers.

The region is under constant shelling by Russian troops. Almost every day the enemy kills and injures civilians, destroys houses, businesses, energy, gas and other infrastructure facilities.
