Two killed, seven injured in Russian shelling of Donetsk region in past day

On December 9, Russian invaders killed two civilians and wounded seven others in the Donetsk region.
Vadym Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on his Facebook page, Ukrinform reports.
“On December 9, Russians killed two residents of the Donetsk region: in Mykolaivka and Stara Mykolaivka. Another 7 people were wounded in the region over the day,” he noted.
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, at least 2,896 people have been killed and 6,506 others wounded in the Donetsk region. These figures do not include casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
As reported by Ukrinform, on December 9, Russians killed a 91-year-old woman and wounded two other people in Stara Mykolaivka of the Illinivka community. Two people were wounded in Kostyantynivka.
