Heat supply resumed in Mykolaiv following Russian attack - Kim

In Mykolaiv, heat supply has been restored to all subscribers affected by yesterday's Russian shelling.

Vitaliy Kim, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, announced this on Ukrainian television, Ukrinform reports.

“In Mykolaiv, heat supply has been resumed to all subscribers who were left without heat as a result of yesterday's shelling. The temperature in the network has not yet reached the optimal level, but it will return to normal within a day,” said Kim.

He added that repairs were initiated immediately, and all services collaborated effectively to tackle the aftermath of the attack.

“There were two forecasts. According to the pessimistic forecast, it would take 3-4 days, but we managed to do it according to the optimistic one - we repaired everything overnight. Now, everything is working, and everyone performed well,” said the regional governor.

As reported, on the night of February 16, Russia's attack on critical infrastructure in Mykolaiv left 46,000 subscribers without heat supply.
